Governor of PA signed an arrest warrant for Eduard Zeisler 11 Mar 1889 for "False Pretenses and Larceny". Eduard was arrested by Pinkerton detective a few weeks later in Chicago, IL and appeared in court. The case was dismissed.

Eduard married Josephine UNGAR, daughter of Ferentz UNGAR and Nani UNKNOWN, on 21 May 1850 in Eger, Hevesmegye, Hungary.⁷² (Josephine UNGAR was born in Mar 1828 in Gyongyos, Heves, Hungary,¹ died on 5 Feb 1915 in Chicago, IL ¹² and was buried on 7 Feb 1915 in B'nai Brith Cemetary, Chicago, IL ¹².)
